WA SecretaryI have been a member of the WA WDP for approximately 9 years and previously held the position of secretary for four years. I am an active member in my own Church, married for 54 years, mother of 2, grandmother of 5 and great-grand mother of 1. Hobbies include walking , crocheting, cooking and volunteering at my local hospital. For 10 years I have been involved as a volunteer participant in Professor Martins Alzheimer's Research program in WA.

WA TreasurerI started at East Fremantle Presbyterian Church Sunday School at the age of 6 after coming from England with my parents. Later I taught Sunday School & played the organ. Married Ross there in 1963 & we have a son, Kim & a daughter Tracy married to Andrew--parents to 4 boys aged 16 to 23.
I was educated at PLC, obtained A.Mus.A (Performers) in music & did a pharmacy apprenticeship.
Bicton PC was the next move in 1971 where I taught Sunday School & became evening organist. Also I belong to Bicton Ladies Evening Fellowship (now meeting afternoons).
In 1987 was asked to be organist at Scots PC Fremantle Morning Service, have been Secretary & Treasurer for Scots Ladies Guild & I am on the Board of Property & Finance.
I play for our 3 Braemar Aged Care Homes Church Services weekly, & was on their Amenities Committee until it disbanded in 2002.
I have spent several terms as Secretary of our State PWA Unit & 3 years as President.
The World Day of Prayer is another interest & I have been on the State Committee for some 25 years, serving 2 terms of 2 years as President & now as Treasurer. I have enjoyed my time on the Committee, having made many friends, helping to promote the World Day of Prayer.
