Married to Frank for 37 years they have one daughter and three sons. Appointed as National Liaison Officer at the quadrennial national meeting in Hobart in November 2005. Pauline was Secretary of the Victorian Committee of WDP for seven years. She is active in her local parish where she edits the monthly magazine. She is a member of Ordination of Catholic Women and the National Secretary of Women's Action Alliance.
